A Fayetville, North Carolina judge was reunited today with a previous defendant that he never forgot. The Judge went out of his way to help this man. The man, Sergent Joseph Serna, was a 20 year U.S. military veteran who is currently suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Take a look at footage of the two after the jump.

(Graphic Video) Caught On Tape: Death Of A Soldier In Jail Serving A 2 Day Sentence
This is quite disgusting, in El Paso Texas an active duty soldier that turned himself in for a DWI to serve a 2 day sentence back in 2012 was recorded by a guard(the video JUST leaked) showing the treatment by the police caused his death. Sgt. James Brown turned Himself in for a 2 day sentence, doing the ‘right thing’, but at the time of turning himself in he put in writing that he suffered from PTSD. He then called his mother to tell her they were trying to keep him for 7 days instead of 2 and he asked her to come pay the fine so he could get out of there, but by the time she came down the next day, he was dead.
Arizona Judge Adds Another Condition To Qualify For Medical Marijuana!
I’m sure we’re no stranger at this point about the benefits of medical marijuana, but this week a judge in Arizona ruled that the greenery also can be used to treat PTSD. Arizona has now joined the other 11 states which permit the use of medical marijuana for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. UPDATE: Fort Hood Shooter Identified As Ivan Lopez Had Mental Issues
Yesterday, the tragic shooting that took place on Fort Hood, Texas’ military post involved 16 injured individuals and four deaths, one including the shooter – Spc. Ivan Lopez. It’s been announced that the soldier did have mental health issues and was being treated for depression and anxiety in relation to a post traumatic stress disorder. Drop down below for more details.
Ecstasy Used To Treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
It has been claimed that patients with PTSD that were given MDMA (pure form of ecstasy) no longer were diagnosed it with it 2 months after being given MDMA. According to the study a large percent of the therapy sessions with MDMA have been successful. Could this lead for MDMA to be legalized or to become a regularly used form of treatment? Steph B
