Rich Gang Compilation Album Pushed Back

Originally slated to drop on June 25th (the same day as Wale’s The Gifted and previously, J. Cole’s Born Sinner before he moved it to compete with Kanye West), YMCMB’s Rich Gang: Flashy Lifestyle compilation album has been pushed back. According to HHNM, the new release date is now July 23rd. Will “Tap Out” be strong enough to push sales for this one?

Chris Brown Pushes Back Release Of New Single With Aaliyah

Chris Brown is dropping his new album X on July 16th, and planned to release the project’s second single “They Don’t Know” today, along with the recently-shot visual. The follow up to his hit “Fine China” features never-before-heard vocals from the late Aaliyah, but it seems there’s a tiny hold-up with its release, and it won’t be out today as planned. Backstage at the “The Life Is So Exciting” tour in L.A. this weekend, Rap-Up TV caught up with Fabolous to get the 411 on his upcoming album, Loso’s Way 2: Rise To Power. The Brooklyn rapper revealed that features on the project include Future, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Ne-Yo, 2 Chainz and Trey Songz, and also announced that the release date has been pushed back. Instead of the previously announced date of June 18th, we can expect the album in “late July” due to “some technicalities.” Check out the full interview below.
