Former Making The Band star Sara Stokes tried her hand at reality television again recently, this time on Queen Latifah’s From The Bottom Up on BET. Unfortunately for Sara, she feels she was portrayed in a negative light, and now she’s suing BET Networks over it. Sara claims Latifah’s company approached her while she was in jail for domestic violence some time ago, and told her that she could appear on From The Bottom Up and make the public see her side of the story. However, when the show aired, she says they referred to her as a “man beater,” and her legal team now plans to sue BET for damaging Sara’s image for its own commercial gain.
