Well, another day, another case of racism rearing it’s ugly head. Students at Berkley High School in California staged a major walkout after racist messages were found written all over the library computers. At first, students didn’t know how are who was responsible for it but apparently the pressure from anger and animosity from the students was felt throughout the school as a student decided he was to come and confess to the crime, read more to hear more about this racist foolery of the day, smh.

Millions March NYC, Many still in shock and disbelief are looking for ways to continue the fight against authority getting away with taking away the lives of unarmed black men. Today a protest entitled “Millions March NYC” was organized to continue the slew of peaceful protests that have taken over the city of NYC after the verdicts of Mike Brown and Eric Garner were revealed.. “He violated NYPD policy not to use a chokehold,” said Young, 30, of Harlem, an attorney and protest organizer who spoke to reporters before the march began. “There should be accountability.” The rally began at 2 p.m., and they marched up Fifth Avenue. Protesters were urged to write a phone number for the National Lawyers Guild on their arms in case they are wrongfully arrested. Check out the photos from the rally in the gallery.

The #DontStealPossible rally went down in Foley Square, NYC on Thursday, with over 21,000 parents and teachers coming together to raise awareness and take a stand against the education crisis in NYC. Street artist Greg Lamarche created an amazing mural, having students assist in its’ completion throughout the duration of the rally – which called for bold, urgent action to expand access to great schools. Among the supporters was Questlove, who was also on hand to DJ. “This morning I took a stand for kids’ education, because every child deserves a good school and a great education,” Quest said in a statement.
