Jas Prince has been at odds with Cash Money for some time now, after he reportedly never received the royalties he’s due for bringing Drake to them. At this point, it seems the only way you get your money from Birdman and co. is by suing, so I guess Jas is on the right path! The Rap-A-Lot Records heir says in the lawsuit that Cash Money was to pay him 22% of all of Drake’s royalties, net profits and other advances – which now totals up to $11 million. The tricky part is – Drake was signed to Jas’ Aspire Music Group, and Jas says Wayne and Drake’s manager, Cortez Bryant, breached the original agreement by shuffling Drizzy over to Young Money from Cash Money. Unfortunately, due to Jas’ role with Aspire (I’m unsure of what that role is,) he can’t legally sue Cash Money, so now he’s asking the court to appoint a receiver to do so on his behalf. For their part, Cash Money denies they owe Jas 22% of anything. Wonder if he’ll get his coins!

Hot Boy’s Turk has detailed why he chose to sign a deal with Rap- Alot-Records rather than resigning with Cash Money; and it has to do with the support he received from J. Prince! Turk stated that J. We all know a bit too well the drama that unraveled in her first marriage with The-Dream (he cheated on Christina with his assistant while she was pregnant), but she’s clearly not letting that deter her, and said “Yes!” when Jas got down on one knee back in April. “He’s a great match for her,” a source close to the singer said.
