While it feels like a large portion of the people in this country have forgotten about the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, Rasheed Wallace definitely has not. In fact, his is still dedicating his time and effort to help the people of Flint as well as continue to do his best to keep the story in the forefront. He appeared on “Inside The NBA” last night on the Kevin Garnett segment titled “Area 21”. He spoke candidly about what’s happening in Flint and compared it to a third world country and not being able to recognize that you’re even in America.

Former NBA player Rasheed Wallace gave it a shot and absolutely killed it. He joined athletes like Le’Veon Bell and Damian Lillard who also kicked some bars.

Father time caught up with Rasheed Wallace and he finally decided to call it quits. He had a brief stint as the assistant coach to the Detroit Pistons but that came to an end as well. So what’s he doing these days? His old on-court rival and off-court friend Kevin Garnett spoke to him and had a pretty funny answer.

Since deciding to retire for good this time, Rasheed Wallace is now an assistant coach for the Detroit Pistons. During practice he had a mini dunk contest against Pistons rookie Tony Mitchell. Sheed threw down a reverse two handed dunk (well sort of). Lol aside from the comedic aspect check out the hops from Mitchell.
NBA: Josh Smith Working on His Midrange & Post Game With Rasheed Wallace
The Detroit Pistons will be an interesting group to watch this upcoming season with the additions of Josh Smith and Brandon Jennings and the return of Rasheed Wallace but as an assistant coach.
