A brand new report filed by NYPD’s federal monitor has made adjustments and recommendations that would now require officers to have “reasonable suspicion” before preforming a ‘stop and frisk’ procedure. Officers would be required to fill out a form with an explanation for the stop. Under this recommendation, officers would have to give the “tear-off information card” to anyone stopped and not arrested, which includes their name, rank, command and shield number. Read more below.

You don’t see this everyday! An 18-year-old teenager named Stian Ytterdahl from Norway was so impressed after eating at McDonald’s for the first time that he decided to get his receipt tatted on his arm. “It’s funny to think that I have a tattoo no-one else has before,” says Ytterdahl. WELP, it is safe to say that this grandma did NOT have it her way during her latest trip to Burger King. A woman and her daughter-in-law from Richmond, Virginia were outraged after they ordered their food from BK and realized the part of the receipt where their name should have been read, “B*tch a*s h*es.” After the woman, who is being identified as “Miss Loreal,” said she brought the receipt to the manager, he just apologized but did not refund her for the meal. “I mean calling you names on a piece of a paper, that will hurt somebody,” she said. “I liked going there. But after this, they won’t get my business anymore.” Needless to say, I don’t think the ladies will be rushing to get a Jr. Whopper any time soon.
