Gucci Mane Released From Prison…Again [Can We Take Bets On How Soon He’ll Go Back?!]

After a whopping 3 weeks behind bars, Gucci Mane is finally a free man…again. I think we’ve all lost count by now of how many times the Brick Squad rapper has gone behind bars and been released! This time around it was violating probation, after he got in an altercation at an Atlanta club where he allegedly hit a fan in the head with a bottle. He’s due back in court later this month to answer to the assault charges.

Lil Scrappy Released From Prison

Just one day after turning himself in for a probation violation, Lil Scrappy is a free man once again. The “violation” in question is Scrappy allegedly refusing a urine test, a charge which he says is a lie. Cops say that when he’d gone for his routine testing (stemming from a charge in 08 for weed) last month, he tried to submit “cold” urine, so they asked for another sample…the one he allegedly refused. A court date is set for May 16th to figure it all out.


(Video) Breaking News: Man Who Allegedly Sent Poison To The President Has Been Released From Custody

Kevin Curtis is a 45-year-old Mississippi man who was arrested for allegedly sending letters laced with a poison, called ricin. The letters were to make their way to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker and Mississippi judge, Saddie Holland (who actually got the letter and sniffed the envelope). After appearing in front of a federal judge today, Curtis has been released states, Jeff Woodfin, chief deputy with the U.S. Marshals Service in Oxford, Mississippi. Woodfin also states that he’s not aware of any conditions of the release. Drop down bottom for more details.
