Despite taking a break over the weekend to shoot a new music video with Rihanna, Drake wants his fans to know that he’s hard at work and ‘Views From The 6’ is on the way. The 6 God and his team have been dropping hints about the album’s release for quite some time now, including a ‘coming very soon’ announcement on New Year’s Eve and an update from Drake’s producer Noah “40” Shebib. More recently, Drake posted a photo of himself in the studio, surrounded by recording equipment making it all the more clear that we could have ‘Views from the 6’ a lot sooner than later. (Video) Migos’ Offset Details Jail Experience In First Interview Since Being Released

Back in April, Atlanta rap trio Migos found themselves behind bars after being arrested prior to a performance at Georgia Southern University. Police searched their vehicles and found marijuana, lean, and firearms. Later that month two of the three rappers, Quavo and Takeoff, were released on bond, however, Offset was held and additionally charged with battery and inciting a riot for an incident that happened while he was inside the jail. Offset was finally released on December 4th, after he agreed to plead guilty for creating a riot in a penal institution in exchange for all other charges to be dropped. In his first interview since being release, Offset said, “If I didn’t take the plea, then it wouldn’t be handled and I would be sitting in jail right now.” He also revealed to WSBTV on in accordance with the plea he was sentenced to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and is banned from four counties in Georgia. Migos’ Offset Is Demanding His Release

Offset has been behind bars since he and his entire Migos crew got locked up in the spring, and though the rest got out, he’s remained because of a previous record. He continues to try to make a case to demand his release, saying prosecutors’ “evidence” he caused a fight in jail just doesn’t add up. In recently-filed documents, Offset says video footage from inside the jail shows no clear image of him, and only lasts for 20 seconds. He says that even if it were him, how could a “riot” only last 20 seconds? He will appear in a bail hearing today, making for his fourth attempt to be released.
