(Video) Snooki In Tears As She Sees Seaside In Ruins!

Awww. Snooki recently went on a helicopter ride to check out what Seaside Heights, NJ looks like after Sandy’s devastation. While looking at the damage, Snooki bursted out in tears realizing how bad the Jersey Shore actually is. Tonight, MTV is airing a “Restore The Shore” telethon at 11pm, so make sure to watch and donate, because not only is the boardwalk gone, but many people are left homeless as well. In the meantime, hit the jump to watch the video. Melissa Nash

Guess Who Was Banned From MTV’s “Restore The Shore” Telethon

MTV has made a considerable amount of money off the New Jersey, and now they’re giving back in their time of need. Along with the cast of their hit show Jersey Shore, they will be holding a telethon to raise money for Hurricane Sandy relief…but one person isn’t welcome to help. At least, not with them. Jersey Shore flunkie Angelina Pivarnick has reached out multiple times to the producers to ask if she can help, and has gotten nothing but crickets back. Why would they want her anyway! “This is a time where they should suck it up and stand on one side of the room and let me be there. I am very hurt by this,” Angelina said of the rebuff. Adding that it’s a “sore reminder of how I have been treated in the past.” You did it to yourself, boo! Do you think she should be allowed to be on the show? Marisa Mendez

$100MiL To Restore The Shore!?

Damn, that’s a lot of money. Tonight MTV will broadcast the “Restore The Shore” Sandy Hurricane special. Bill Akers, mayor of Seaside Heights, NJ estimates the damages to be $100MiL. The town got 75% of their revenues from tourist, but if Seaside isn’t there than neither is the monies. $14MiL alone is probably what it’s going to cost to repair the boardwalk. We’re talking no chump change here, but if they can come up with that amount, I will need them to stop by my town and see what they can do. At the first sign of sun before summer everybody just knew they could go to Seaside and rock out. #GoodTimes. Drop down bottom for more. JaaiR (JR)

#RestoreTheShore! MTV Announces Special With Jersey Shore Cast To Help Hurricane Sandy Relief

Though the Jersey Shore house remained undamaged after hurricane Sandy, many other places can’t say the same. From the moment the storm hit, people were going at MTV and the cast of Jersey Shore to do something to help a place that made them millions of dollars richer, and now they plan to. This morning, the network announced the cast will join them during an hour-long telethon called Restore The Shore on November 15th. Along with Architecture for Humanity and other celebrity guests, they hope to encourage viewers to donate to the cause. In the gallery, check out what some of the cast has done thus far to give back to those in this time of need. Marisa Mendez
