Search For Missing Autistic Teen Reaches 11 Days; Reward Now Up To $70k

On Friday, October 4, 14-year-old Avonte Oquendo, who is severely autistic and does not speak, was last seen on camera running out of his Long Island City school. His family, friends and supporters have been searching day and night for him since then, and are now offering a reward of $70k for his safe return. Avonte reportedly has a great knowledge of the subway system, but as the flyers read, he could be anywhere by now. He is black, 5 feet 3 inches tall and 120 pounds and was wearing a gray striped shirt, black jeans and black sneakers when he went missing. NO One May End Up With The Reward For Chris Dorner Because Of What?!

His name is Nelson Mandela Myers and he said, “I’m just glad I was there at the right time.” Myers said the cries of the kidnapped 5 year old sounded like a cat’s cry. He went to investigate and that’s when he found Nailla Robinson, shivering and cold. Myers proceeded to take his jacket off and give it to the Nailla. “I just wished that somebody would do that for my child if my child was in that situation,” Myers said. We need more like you. In late 2010, singer/producer Ryan Leslie’s laptop was stolen while at a show overseas. As with many musicians, R. Les had a LOT of unreleased content on there, and went into panic mode to have it returned. He quickly offered up a monetary reward for its safe recovery, and soon upped the ante to $1 million when no one took the bait. Alas, 52-year-old Armin Augstein recovered the goods and promptly got Ryan his laptop back, but almost two years later, Ryan has failed to live up to his end of the bargain.
