Kevin Curtis is a 45-year-old Mississippi man who was arrested for allegedly sending letters laced with a poison, called ricin. The letters were to make their way to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker and Mississippi judge, Saddie Holland (who actually got the letter and sniffed the envelope). After appearing in front of a federal judge today, Curtis has been released states, Jeff Woodfin, chief deputy with the U.S. Marshals Service in Oxford, Mississippi. Breaking News: A Letter Addressed To President Obama Has Tested Positive For Deadly Poison
Just one day after, Sen. Roger Wicker received a letter containing poison, President Obama got the same. Suspicious packages were being sent to the Capitol Hill office, but was said to be intercepted. The FBI was able to test the packages and it’s contents before it reached the President or the Senator. This is ridiculous. I knew that before his term was over, someone would try to get at our President. I honestly thought that it would have been happened. It’s still a crazy situation. BREAKING NEWS: Suspicious Envelope Containing Ricin Sent To Miss. Senator
Two sources claim, an envelope was sent to the U.S. Senate office of Sen. Roger Wicker which included a substance that has tested positive for Ricin. It wasn’t clear that it was ricin where it was first received, but was evident as tests were ran. All congressional mail will now be processed through the U.S. House facility.
