Rihanna hooking up with MAC was a GREAT idea! The RiRi Woo, holiday Mac Collection will be coming out soon, and include additional items, such as, more colors for the lips, eye shadows, pencils, brushes and eye lashes. Funny I fell upon this, I was just mentioning to someone that I need to learn how-to apply make-up. Lip gloss and eye-liner are #MY forte. Any suggestions, let me know. MAC Sells Out Of Rihanna’s RiRi Woo Lipstick In A Whopping Three Hours !
RiRi Woo, the MAC Lipstick shade created in collaboration with Rihanna, sold out online in three hours!! During that time, “RiRi Woo” was trending on Twitter as customers complained of multiple failed attempts to get through to make the purchase. The collaboration was announced in February and at the time, Jennifer Balbier, senior VP of global product development for MAC said Rihanna insisted that “the color be suitable for every skin tone.” The next time the shade will be available will be in June. But for those with tickets to the Diamonds World Tour’s stop at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn (ahem!) you can buy them on-site at a MAC pop-up store that will be set up in the arena. MAC Cosmetics and Rihanna have teamed up to launch a line of products and have unveiled the first product. It’s a lipstick called “RiRi Woo.” What do you think of the color? Check out the pic in the gallery.

I have yet to make one of RiRi’s shows (I’m trying to make it to the A.C. show) on the Diamond World Tour, but from what I read, and some of the photos that I’ve seen, she looks good during every song. Costume changes and of course flawless make-up. The bad gal’s make-up artist, Christopher Del Castillo spills the beans on what he incorporates into her ‘look’, which features, ‘a bold lip, subtle smoky eyes with a focus on long lashes, and stage-appropriate contouring of the cheekbones.’ One of her fave lipsticks is from her line called, RiRi Woo. “It’s no secret that Rihanna loves a red lip. She created RiRi Woo so it was only appropriate to incorporate it into the tour look,” said Castillo. I must say I do love that red on her. Great choice!
