This feels like a pretty great way to start the new year! Katy Perry has officially sold the house she bought in 2011 with then-husband Russell Brand! Though she took a slight loss monetarily, I’m sure she’s relieved to get rid of the headache…and the memory! The pair bought the house for $6.5 million back then and never even got to move in! KP has “received an unknown price for it,” but it’s estimated she lost around $500k in the sale, as the property value recently dropped below $6 million. The 3 acre estate includes a 8,835 square foot main house with 7 bedrooms, 7 full and 4 half bathrooms, a detached garage, pool house and a guest house! Check out the pics in the gallery.
