What a crazy game last night! All kinds of “altercations” between the Thunder & Rockets. What stood out most was the scuffles between Russell Westbrook & Patrick Beverley (because of their history – remember Westbrook’s season-ending surgery last year). The two had to be separated. I wouldn’t expect anything different from a dude who loves to dress as loud as Russell Westbrook does. Prior to last night’s game against the Heat, cameras caught Russ pulling into the arena in his bright orange Lamborghini. Of course the car is dope. The Oklahoma City Thunder are doing quite well although they’ve been without their star point guard Russell Westbrook. They currently have a league best 43-12 record with Kevin Durant shooting lights out, but it looks like he’ll get his partner back real soon.

You would never know it judging by the way he played on Christmas day against the Knicks, but Thunder guard Russell Westbrook was experiencing swelling in his knee and had surgery this morning. Team reports have him out the next 2 months until the all-star break. The Thunder have been on a roll lately, of course thanks to the duo of Durant & Westbrook. Now all the scoring load will once again be on KD to lead the way with help from the other role players. The Thunder average 16 points less per game this season without Westbrook on the court.
