Find Out How Much Beyonce Is Expected To Sell In Lemonade’s First Week

On Saturday night, Beyoncé premiered her visual album Lemonade via an HBO special, then released it exclusively to TIDAL for streaming later that night. Today, the project became available for purchase on all music services, and the sales are already through the roof. Hits Daily Double reports that early projections have Lemonade set to sell between 500-600k. However, while this will certainly guarantee a gold certification for Bey, this doesn’t necessarily guarantee a number one – which will be a first for her. Prince’s albums are currently flying off the shelves after his passing, so it’s possible he will reign supreme. We’ll know the final numbers this Sunday.

Numbers, numbers, numbers…gotta love to see how good or bad hip-hop sales do today. Hit the jump for the first week sales projections on the newly formed Big Sean/Jhene Aiko duo, TWENTY88.

Sales Projections For Rick Ross, G-Eazy & More Are Here!

As expected, Adele is number one on the Billboard 200 for the second week in a row with 25, this time selling an additional 1.16 million units. As for debuts this week. Erykah Badu’s But You Caint Use My Phone comes in just outside of the top 10 at 14 with 35k, while a compilation of Biggie‘s greatest hits is at 48 with 15k. Looking forward to next week, some of the early sales projections are in for the many new releases from this past Friday. G-Eazy’s When It’s Dark Out is in the lead, looking to move around 115k–130k. Behind him is Rick Ross’ Black Market, projected at 60k–65k, and behind him Kid Cudi’s Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven with 18k–21k. Find Out What Travi$ Scott’s Debut Album ‘Rodeo’ Is Expected To Sell In Its First Week!

After much anticipation, Travi$ Scott finally released his debut album Rodeo this past Friday, September 4. Though reviews from critics have been mixed, it appears fans are enjoying the project from the G.O.O.D. Music/Grand Hustle rapper/producer, and that is reflected in its sales predictions. According to early forecasts, Rodeo is expected to move between 80,000 and 100,000 units in its first week. Thoughts?

YIKES! Ciara’s First Week Sales Projections Aren’t Looking Too Good At All!

Looking ahead to next week, it doesn’t seem like Ciara is going to fare very well…as HDD projects the singer’s new album Jackie to do only 19-22k (21-24k SPS) in the first week. Ouch. In comparison, the singer’s last album in 2013 did 59k and debuted at number 2, fueled by the success of “Body Party.” Hopefully she’ll still get a top 10 debut at least? She probably isn’t tripping too much, though. She has a beautiful baby boy, a budding new relationship with someone who seems to be a pretty great guy, and she is KILLING it on the road! Check out a new clip of CiCi getting her Michael Jackson on during her Jackie tour. This girl can MOVE!

The Early Sales Projections Are In! Guess How Much J. Cole’s ‘2014 Forest Hills Drive’ Is Set To Sell In Its First Week!

Though just released yesterday, J. Cole’s 2014 Forest Hills Drive first week sales projections are already in, and they’re looking to be amazing! Before I reveal the numbers, let’s review what we are working with here. Only just a couple of weeks ago, Cole reemerged from Nowheresville, and revealed that the album was coming. Since dropping his sophomore effort in the summer of 2013 and doing a few months of touring promotion, the Roc Nation rapper has been completely off the radar until the new album announcement. In addition to that, he’s released ZERO singles to radio for this project, unlike the last two albums, and has done relatively zero promo on top of that. The most he’s done has been a magazine interview and one music video beforehand, with the second video dropping on the night of the album’s release (last night.)
