NFL: Jets WR Santonio Holmes Says “I Can’t Throw it to Myself and Catch it”

This is how to throw your quarterback under the bus 101.  Apparently there’s one thing the Giants and Jets have in common and that’s their star wide receivers throwing blame on their QB’s.  Recently Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks said he couldn’t throw the ball to himself after racking up a grand total of zero catches.  After the Jets blowout loss to the Tennessee Titans, Holmes echoed the same sentiments after he totaled just one catch for 25 yards.  Read more after the jump.
