After 14 seasons, the teenage soap opera Degrassi will be coming to end this summer. Its hard to believe that the show which has been around for more than a decade will no longer be aired however all good things must come to an end. Details after the jump.

Super sad news, 29 year old Gia Allemand has passed away after going to University Hospital in New Orleans on Monday night, and has been in critical condition. The reason is still unknown, just that is was an ’emergency medical event’. More info below. *Post has been updated*
