Earlier this month, cops seized $2 million worth of art from Lil Wayne’s Miami home, after he’d failed to pay the judgement in a lawsuit brought on by a private jet company the year prior. Now in an effort to pay it off and get his possessions back, Tunechi has taken out a $1.5 million loan…and he’s put up his beloved private skate park as collateral! Should he fail to pay the loan like he failed to pay the lawsuit, that park will be no more! Let’s hope he stays on top of this one.

In the early hours of this morning, Justin Bieber was arrested on South Beach after cops pulled him over for drag-racing in his yellow Lambo, and found that he was not only DRUNK, but was driving on an expired license. He also resisted arrest, so that will likely result in additional trouble for the pop star. Just before he was speeding through the Miami streets (reportedly against Def Jam singer Khalil,) the Biebs was over at Lil Wayne’s indoor skate park, brushing up on his basketball skills with Young Money president, Mack Maine. Rumors have floated around for a while now that Lil Wayne and his girlfriend since 2011 had broken up, while other people claimed the pair were just fine. Seems the latter is true, as over the weekend, Wayne’s daughter Reginae shared a photo on her Instagram of her with Dhea and daddy as they had some fun in a skate park (likely the one in his house.) Tunechi is having the best birthday ever! As the YMCMB rapper turns 30 today, he now has an amazing record under his belt, as well as a great achievement for his hometown. Yesterday afternoon, Wayne opened up his very own park in his city of New Orleans with help from Mountain Dew and Glu Agency, a fun place for skaters to chill out and ride through called Trukstop. Below, you can get a look at the new place. Now today, he’s officially broken a record held by only the King himself, Elvis Presley. With help from The Game’s “Celebration” coming in at number 82 on the Hot 100 charts, Tune now holds the record for the most songs on the top 100, with 109. Presley had 108. Congrats! Marisa Mendez
