NBA: Phil Jackson Suggests a Four-Point Line & Adding Six Seconds to Shot Clock

Current Knicks president Phil Jackson discussed a few ways to improve the game and different strategies that he thinks are cyclical.  He noted that “small ball” which has been attributed to the Warriors, is nothing new because he won championships with the Bulls with no dominant big player.  He also discussed adding a four-point line and seconds on the shot clock.
