August Alsina has announced his sophomore album is finished and on the way! The New Orleans artist revealed Monday via Instagram the name of his album is ‘This Thing Called Life’ and it’s due out later this year. August shared a few clips of him in the studio with DJ Khaled who praised the album calling him a “young icon” and comparing him to a few of the greatest. He said, “I love the way you sequenced the album. The only other times Ive heard that was like a Dr. Dre Chronic or Nas’ Illmatic.” Read more below.
