(Video) Potential Jurors Refuse To Serve In The Courtroom Of Judge Who Sentenced Rapist, Brock Turner

Brock Turner is causing a bit if buzz in the media and it’s not the kind of buzz you would ever what your name affiliated with. Brock Turner raped an unconcious woman behind a dumpster last year at a frat party and Judge Aaron Persky only sentenced Turner to six months in a county jail because he does not think he will be a threat to others in the future. Now potential jurors are putting their foot down and are refusing to serve in Judge Persky’s courtroom.


Former Stanford University Swimmer Only Gets Six Months In Jail After Raping An Unconscious Girl

Last year Brock Allen Turner, a former member of the Stanford University swim team, was found raping an unconscious girl behind a dumpster outside of a frat party. Students passing by seen Turner assaulting the girl and stopped him. Turner who was 19-years-old at the time was arrested that night and charged with sexual assault. He was convicted by a jury on three felonies: assault with intent to commit rape of an intoxicated woman, sexually penetrating an intoxicated person with a foreign object, and sexually penetrating an unconscious person with a foreign object.
