After his album Starboy drops on November 25, The Weeknd will be hitting the road on a world tour. The trek kicks off in February overseas in Stockholm, and will go through Europe, South America and the U.S. before wrapping in Canada.

The Weeknd announced his new album “Starboy LP” earlier today and shared the cover with a new haircut to boot. Tonight, we get the first single off his upcoming 3rd album featuring Daft Punk! Expect Abel’s new 18 track LP to drop November 25th. Interestingly, the Apple Music stream has a track you can’t play called “False Alarm,” which will most likely be the next single to drop soon. After a recent collab with Cashmere Cat, an appearance with Daft Punk in the studio and some cryptic tweets about something possibly coming in the fall, we now have our answer of what it is. Weeknd took to his Instagram to announce his new album titled “STARBOY.” No official word on when the project is dropping, but this is big news considering the massive success “Beauty Behind The Madness” took in. One has to wonder, could this be a more EDM album than R&B? Weeknd has even said this will be his best sounding project to date, with a new transformation as an artist.
