NBA All-Star weekend brings out all the celebrity’s and this year it’s held in Houston, Texas. A picture was circulating twitter today of former NBA star Steve Francis at a strip club with Drake, French Montana and DJ Clue. It’s been rumored that Francis is having issues with drugs and this picture isn’t doing much to help his case. Check it out after the jump.
