‘Argo’ Takes Home Top Motion Picture Prize At The 24th Annual Producers Guild Awards !!!
The 10 nominees in the producers race were Argo, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Django Unchained, Les Misérables, Life of Pi, Lincoln, Moonrise Kingdom, Silver Linings Playbook, Skyfall, and Zero Dark Thirty. The past few winners of this award at the Producers Guild are also who took home the ‘Best Picture’ award at the Oscars the past few years. Affleck was the directer of the film and starred in it as well. He called the moment “incredible and exciting ” as he accepted the award at the ceremony, held Saturday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
