Rosa Acosta, mostly known for her large ASSets, has taken a step outside the box. The model/singer wanted to lend a helping hand, so she took a 10-day trip to Tanzania, where she volunteered at the Living Water Children’s Center. Showing the children some cool dance moves and helping to feed them was only a small contribution, Rosa felt like she should make. In this world however, no matter what you do, someone will find a problem with it. People of the Dominican descent reached out to Rosa and wanted to know why she was in Tanzania and not the Dominican Republic (her home turf). Welp, she details that, after the jump.


Over 200 Bodies Recovered From Sunken Ferry

Over 200 bodies were recovered from a sunken ferry in Tanzania. 192 of the bodies have been identified, while 28 of them are still unknown. Sadly, the ferry sunk after exceeding the weight/passenger limit. It’s so sad that 200 people lost their lives in such an avoidable tragedy. Read more after the jump. @Julie1205


Tanzania Ship Sinks, 45 Dead, Hundreds Missing

On August 15-22, 2011, the worldwide mission of the D12 Foundation was furthered when Dwight and foundation executives traveled to the United Republic of Tanzania. His travels in Tanzania were to continue his tireless efforts to promote education as a vehicle for economic and social development success among young boys and girls around the world, particularly for the poorest nations around the globe.
