Team USA looked impressive throughout the competition, even after losing key players such as Kevin Durant and Kevin Love. The team broke out into the “schmoney dance” after their victory. During Team USA ‘s game against Puerto Rico at Madison Square Garden, Coach K left Damian Lillard on the bench for the entire game.  Later that night the final 12-man roster was announced and low and behold, Lillard was cut and did not make the team.  As is normal Twitter behavior, a follower decided to crack a joke on Lillard riding the bench but Dame hit him with that ether.  Lillard also took being cut from the team in stride, saying it’ll fuel him to get better.
