The Federal Government is giving Connecticut and Massachusetts $275,000 a piece to develop a program to spot drivers who text while driving. Philadelphia Creates Walking Lanes For Distracted Pedestrians!
Sidewalk Safety: The city of Philadelphia created lanes on sidewalks near City Hall for people who were busy texting while they walked. Although it was a joke, the city takes the issue seriously.
