Future released an album two weeks ago, which debuted at number one today on the Billboard 200. This past Friday he released a second, which is also expected to debut at number one on next week’s chart. Could he be going for the three-peat, though? That’s what some publications are reporting!

After the release of their sophomore effort Welcome To: OUR HOUSE last August, all 4 quarters of the Slaughter are back to work for album number 3. Taking to Instagram just a little while ago, Joe Budden previewed a photo from inside the studio with himself, groupmate Joell Ortiz and producer Just Blaze. Word is they’re going to be working with a lot of classic New York producers this go ’round! This should be dope!

The Red Carpet got a lot of buzz this past weekend. Meek Mill and MMG group mate Wale informed VIBE that they are doing a joint mixtape. I wonder what that’s going to sound like. I may just be here by the time summer hits (YAY – just in time for my birthday – LOL !!!). The two also are in the mix of working on their solo projects of course. Wale will be working with producer, No I.D. for his third album. “My third album, it’s gonna be reminiscent of my first album, Attention Deficit, a lot of musicality in it. I’m bringing back guys from the 90s that I looked up to. I’m excited about that.” I’m excited too ! While he’s doing that Meek Mill is working on DC3 and the next single off of “Dreams and Nightmares.” Working hard. Keep up the good work guys. Drop down bottom for the video.

Joe Budden’s just not stopping, huh? After just dropping his new album No Love Lost last week, the New Jersey rapper announced today on Shade 45 that his supergroup Slaughterhouse will be releasing a new album “in the next 6 months” on their label, Shady Records. The group previously released Welcome To: OUR HOUSE back in August, and their debut album (independently) in 2009. Watch the interview below. Looking forward to this!
