Shocking video allegedly from China shows a teacher chastise a student before aggressively turning around to grab another. Then he starts dragging her by her coat out of the classroom. After doing that, the teacher grabs the young girl by the neck. Once he lets go, she falls to the ground and sobs. Check out the graphic video after the jump.
