You know the saying, “everything is bigger in Texas”? Well, that DEFINITELY applies to Mama Knowles 8,885 square foot mansion in Houston. This place is HUGE and breathtaking and while $3.499 million is still a lot…that pales in comparison to what a home like that would cost in many other places, especially out here in NY/NJ. The 5 bedroom, 5 bath house was purchased by Bey in 2004 and the title was then transferred to her mom.The crib boasts a carved stone fireplace, multilevel formal living and dining room, and a 50 foot wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the backyard pool.
