Todd Harrell the bassist for Three Doors Down was charged with vehicular homicide after his car caused a deadly crash in Nashville, TN. Apparently Harrell was driving too fast and he clipped a pickup truck, that went careening into a guardrail and then down an embankment, flipping the truck. The driver of the pickup was not wearing his seatbelt. Harrell appeared to be under the influence during his field sobriety test, and he admitted to drinking hard cider and taking prescription pills before getting behind the wheel. While being booked, police officials found a plastic bag in Harrell’s sock that had more Xanax pills along with Oxycodone and Oxymorphone pills. He was then also booked for bringing controlled substances into the jail and is being held on $100,000 bond.
