The Game On Upcoming Tupac Biopic: “Sh*t Make That Biggie Movie Look Like A Cartoon!”

The Tupac biopic, All Eyez On Me, has been controversial since its inception. The film gained and lost and re-gained directors, actors, support and more, but it’s finally complete and set to be released in November of this year. The Game is putting his stamp on the project, announcing his co-sign in a new IG video from one of the producers of the film, praising director Benny Boom and noting that All Eyez On Me “makes that Biggie movie look like a cartoon!” While I was a fan of Notorious because it was entertaining, the true-to-life components weren’t executed nearly as flawlessly as Straight Outta Compton, so I’m looking forward to seeing how this does. Check out what Game had to say below.

Tupac Biopic ‘All Eyez On Me’ Moves To Vegas To Finish Filming; Cast To Be Honored By The City

The Tupac biopic, All Eyez On Me, has been filming in Atlanta since earlier this year, and yesterday, they moved over to Las Vegas to complete the film. As you know, Pac died following the Bruce Seldon vs. Mike Tyson fight at the MGM Grand in Vegas in 96, so the cast will be reenacting “the hours and events leading up to that fateful night.” According to a press release, some of the cast and crew will be honored by the City of Sin today with a proclamation from Clark County Commissioner, Lawrence Weekly. This includes the film’s director Benny Boom, and the actor portraying Tupac, Demetrius Shipp Jr. No word on when this will hit theaters, but I’m looking forward to it. Will you be checking for it?

DeRay Davis & Grace Gibson Added To Tupac Biopic

The Tupac biopic, All Eyez On Me, is in production, and they’ve been adding to the cast week after week. We already know that Jamal “Gravy” Woolward has reprised his role as Biggie (as he played him in the Biggie biopic) for this, newcomer Demetrius Shipp Jr. is playing Pac and Kat Graham will play Jada Pinkett-Smith. Now comedian DeRay Davis has been added as “Legs,” a Pac associate from Baltimore who is described as “a smooth brutha from the streets.” Above, he’s pictured alongside Outlawz member Young Noble, who will be playing himself in the film. The role of Faith Evans has been cast as well, going to actress Grace Gibson. Check out her pic in the gallery. I truly can’t wait to see how this turns out.
