A legislative battle broke out amongst Turkish Parliament as they discussed their latest policy enacted that would give the Justice Ministry increased control over a council which appoints and oversees judges and prosecutors. Justin Bieber stopped in Istanbul, Turkey for a show at the Technical Sports arena. During his show, he stopped for Azan, which is one of the five times Muslims pray a day.
