17-year-old Kylie Jenner and her older rapper boyfriend Tyga have been the talk of the town ever since their relationship went pretty public (although not 100% until she turns 18 in August). The two have been spotted out numerous times together and even go as far as posting one another onto their Instagram pages. The two were cruising down the highway when they were pulled over. Tyga was apparently doing 82 on the freeway, which is 17 miles over the legal limit. The cops let Tyga go but not before giving him two tickets for tinted windows and driving without plates. When the officer pulled the two over he asked, “What’s the rush?” Well actually, they were rushing to get to North’s big 2nd birthday in time! Seems legit.
