NBA:(Video) Miami Heat’s Birdman & Pacers Hansbrough Scuffle During Game
Let’s get ready to rumbleeeeeeeeee. That was my best Michael Buffer impersonation. So anyway, during last night’s game 5 between the Heat & Pacers, Chris Andersen and Tyler Hansbrough gave us a little excitement with an “almost” fight. The series has been very intense and physical, so you knew eventually something was going to happen. I am sorry though, the players in the NBA now are so soft compared to players from the 90’s and 80’s. If this happened in a game with the Knicks teams from the 90’s, somebody would of got their face split, and you might of seen bottles of Hennessy flying through the air, playoffs or not. The Palace is known for an infamous brawl that occurred between the Pistons and the Pacers and while this one is much more subdued I think it’s kind of ironic. It also shows how the times have changed, cause an act like this back in the days might have both benches cleared. Pistons guard, Will Bynum, was ejected during the fourth quarter of Saturday night’s game at The Palace after punching Pacers’ Tyler Hansbrough in the stomach area. Hansbrough was seen doubled over holding his stomach after Bynum swung his arm. Bynum was given a flagrant-two call and ejected from the game. Read more after the jump.

Kevin Garnett can be a bit much and freigtening during basketball games but this looks like it wasn’t intentional. Last night during the Boston Celtics game against the Indiana Pacers Garnett got tangled up with Tyler Hansbrough and hit him in the head.
