UltraViolet Reacts To Reebok Dropping Rick Ross

UltraViolet was very adamant about making sure that Ross got dropped & they’ve responded to Reebok’s decision. “We are thrilled to hear that Reebok is joining the fight against rape culture and dropping Rick Ross. This is a huge victory for women, for the 526 survivors of rape who were brave enough to publicly confront rape culture, and for the nearly 100,000 UltraViolet members who have poured their hearts and time into this campaign. This sends a strong message that rapping about drugging and raping an unconscious woman is not only morally wrong, but has real consequences. After Steubenville, Americans expect and demand better. Thank you Reebok for taking a stand,” says UltraViolet co-founder Nita Chaudhary in a statement.

Ultraviolet Wants Reebok To Drop Rick Ross

OMG, it’s time to get over it! I understand that their can be some very sensitive subjects – rape being one of them – but, this is getting out of hand. Rick Ross has money and their are always going to be groupies throwing him the p***y – no need for molly. The chicks are thirsty. This time, UltraViolet, a women’s rights group is suggesting, “Every single day that Reebok continues rewarding Rick Ross with a lucrative endorsement deal, Reebok is condoning rape.” Let the man live! I’m sure that their are other women’s issues that need your time. I’m getting ready to go buy a pair of Reebok sneakers for the hell of it – before they drop Ross (possibility that they just might do it). Drop down bottom for more.
