5 Students Stabbed At University of California; Suspected Killer Dead
5 people were injured at the University of California’s Merced campus today, after being stabbed by an unnamed assailant. Police confirm that the suspect is now dead after they shot him, however. Two of the victims were transported by helicopter to a local hospital, and the other three were treated on campus. All victims were conscious, and are said to be pulling through. The campus has been closed for the day and all classes canceled. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved!
Study Shows Squeezing Breast Can Help Fight Breast Cancer!!
Seriously, this is not a joke. Gautham Venugopalan, a leader of the research team at the University of California in Berkeley that did a study on malignant breast cells confirms it. Their scientific research showed that if you apply physical pressure to the malignant breast cells they start to grow back normally. In other words if you give them a nice squeeze every now and again you’re helping fight breast cancer, so now people don’t have to wait till October they can help fight breast cancer all year long. Surprising Study Shows No Effect On Brains Of Young Pot Smokers?!?
Teens who prefer alcohol to marijuana are more likely to have reduced brain tissue whereas those who choose to smoke over drink show no abnormalities. The rumor that smoking weed kills your brain cells is taking a major hit with this experiment on brain scans. The researchers scanned the brains of 92 teenagers over 18 months, and at the end of the experiment found no difference in brain health for participants who smoked nine times a week on average.
