Several Bill Cosby Accusers React To Criminal Charges

Wednesday (December 30th) the first official arrest warrant has been issued for Bill Cosby, for the 2004 alleged drugging and sexual assault Andrea Constand. Cosby has been accused of alleged rape by over a dozen other women and since the news of the charges broke, several of these woman have spoken out. It seems Andrea’s win was a like a small victory for all of them. The first to make a statement was, Andrea Constand, a former Temple employee who was assaulted at Cosby’s Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion released a state via her attorney stating,

“On behalf of our client, Andrea Constand we wish to express our appreciation to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the County Detectives and the Cheltenham Police Department for the consideration and courtesy they have shown Andrea during this difficult time. We have the utmost confidence in Mr. Steele, Ms. Feden and their team, who have impressed us with their professionalism. In that this matter is now being pursued in the criminal justice system, we will not comment further.”

Arrest Warrant Issued For Bill Cosby Over Alleged Sexual Assault of Andrea Constand In 2004

The first arrest warrant has officially been issued for Bill Cosby, for the alleged drugging and sexual assault of former Temple employee Andrea Constand at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion in January 2004. The statute of limitations were to run out in January (just two days away,) so they just made it. “Obviously we appreciate the expression of confidence in her,” said Dolores Troiani, one of Constand’s attorneys. “We’ll have to see what happens. We hope justice will be done. We will cooperate fully.” Cosby has previously said what happened between him and Constand was consensual, but in new court filings last summer Constand said she was in a relationship with a woman at the time. She also called Cosby a “narcissist” who missed cues that she’s gay.


Another One: DMX Has A Warrant Out For His Arrest

DMX literally has NO luck when it comes to the law. A warrant has been issued for the Yonkers native after he missed a court hearing on Monday, December 14th, involving his child support payments with his ex-wife Tashera Simmons. He allegedly owes a total of $400,000 in child support (GOD DAMNNNNNNNN) and was arrested back in October of this year for the same issue.


Joe Budden Wanted By Police After Missing Court

Last year New Jersey rapper Joe Budden was involved in a domestic dispute with now ex-girlfriend Audely Robles. Budden turned himself in to police after being accused of stealing the 25-year-old bartender’s cell phone and an incident of domestic violence. This past Thursday Budden was scheduled to appear in court for the charges of attacking his ex and was a no-show. The judge has issued a warrant for his arrest. Read more after the jump.

Laugh now, ask for no more locked doors later. Ol’ Justin Bieber has a warrant out for his arrest thanks to an Buenos Aires judge. If the recently turned 21-year-old flies the cloudy skies to the South American country of Argentina anytime soon, he can look forward to being cuffed.
