Following the February car crash that resulted in the death of Jenner’s longtime friend Kim Howe, her step-children William and Dana, 57 and 60-years-old filed a wrongful death lawsuit. Oh Boy! Bruce Jenner Being Sued For Wrongful Death In Car Crash

Back in February, Bruce Jenner was involved in a car accident that resulted in the death of Kim Howe, who was 69-years old at the time. Now, the two step-children of Howe have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the dad-gone-mom.

(Video) Update: NYPD Officer Involved In Eric Garner’s Death Placed On Desk Duty!

Has justice been served? The NYPD officer, Daniel Pantaleo, responsible for putting Eric Garner in a chokehold has been placed on desk duty. Pantaleo, an 8 year veteran, has also been stripped of his badge and gun. The death of the man while in police custody has sparked demonstrations from angry Staten Island residents, claiming the precinct is prejudice and committed murder. Al Sharpton has even lent his support to the surviving family of Garner and has spoken out about the violations from the officers during the arrest, including the illegal chokehold. (Video) Jailed Man Dies After Guards Ignore Severe Food Allergy!

22 year old Michael Saffioti was jailed in a Snohomish County Jail in Washington, when he died of severe food allergies. Saffioti turned himself into police custody for a misdemeanor charge for marijuana possession. While incarcerated, he was given oatmeal for breakfast and was instructed by guards it was safe for him to eat. The 22 year old suffers from extreme dairy allergies and upon eating the oatmeal, he immediately asked guards for his inhaler. As his health was worsening, guards sent him to his cell and continued to ignore his pleas for medical attention. Thirty minutes after breakfast, Michael was found unconscious in his cell and rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Rose Saffioti, Michael’s mother, is now suing the county for $10 million for negligence in her son’s death. To see news footage, click below.
