“Hotline Bling” Was Left Out Of The Grammy Nominations Because Of A Cash Money Error

Drake is nominated for a few Grammys for the upcoming show, but none are for his smash single, “Hotline Bling.” He’s actually instead nominated for his Meek Mill diss “Back To Back,” and word on the street is he’s not too happy about it. And who would be? It was a silly beef that’s mostly over now, and instead of being praised for a single you’re actually pushing and want to be behind, you’re nominated for something you did haphazardly. According to reports, the blame can actually be placed on Cash Money. At first, it was thought that perhaps “Hotline Bling” missed the Grammys‘ September 30th, 2015 deadline, but if you’ll recall, the song was actually released over the summer. HDD instead reveals that CMR merely forgot to submit the record to the committee, and that’s the soul reason it wasn’t in the batch.

Birdman Wishes His “Son” Lil Wayne A Happy Birthday… Is The Beef Sqashed?

For years, rapper Lil Wayne and YMCMB founder Birdman have been inseperable on both a music level and a personal level. However due to recent drama, the two had a falling out and things haven’t been the same between Weezy and Baby. Despite all of their personal beef (that we’re not 100% sure if it has been squashed yet or not), Birdman didn’t hesitate to wish his “son” Wayne a happy 33rd birthday this past Sunday, September 27th.

Lil Wayne’s Alleged Tour Bus Shooter Snitches; Claims Birdman Should Be Behind Bars

This Birdman vs. Lil Wayne drama just keeps on heating up! The man who was charged in the tour bus shooting incident has spoken out about what went down and things are not looking up for Baby at the current moment. The alleged shooter, Jimmy Winfrey, explained that “[Birdman’s] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is what ultimately led to the shooting” and that he should be behind bars with him, too.

(Video) Reese BITTERspoon: Birdman Throws A Drink At Lil Wayne In Club LIV

The war between YMCMB founder Birman and rap sensation Lil Wayne has been getting more messy by the day but now it’s to a point where it’s starting to turn violent. On Sunday night at the popular Miami nightclub Liv (which Wayne is semi responsible for making so popular after his “Liv on Sunday, King of Diamonds Monday” lyric), video footage surfaced of what seems to be Baby throwing a drink right at Weezy while he was performing his “CoCo” remix. Of course, the internet is gassing the situation and igniting the flame under the Baby vs. Weezy beef. However, some people who were actually at Liv are saying that it wasn’t even Birman but another member of his entourage who threw the beverage at Wayne. All I know is hopefully they can kiss and make up (not literally, we know how they do) and fix whatever issues they got going on. Check out the footage from the incident below. Who you got, Weezy or Birdman?

After being arrested right before his performance at the Freshman Class Show, rapper Kidd Kidd is now out of jail and ready to turn up. The G-Unit raper reunited with former YMCMB family in New Orleans for the Crescent City Jump Off show. Read more below.

(Video) Damn, Juvenile Is Out Here Doing Really Weak Hardware Store Commercials?!

Things aren’t going too well over at Cash Money. Lil Wayne and Tyga have jumped ship, Nicki Minaj and Drake are reportedly on their way out as well, Young Thug – though never signed – has left whatever management deal he had with Birdman. And not that they’re missed but Bow Wow’s gone, Mystikal’s gone, Busta Rhymes is gone, DJ Khaled is gone. So who’s left?! At this point, it might just be Juvenile and Birdman! And judging by Juve’s Twitter activity, things aren’t going too well for him. Taking to his account earlier this week, the New Orleans rapper shared the most struggle promo of all time, promoting for a hardware store in St. Louis. Like, OF ALL TIME. Let’s just hope this was merely a favor for a friend, and not something done out of desperation for a couple dollars. Peep the struggle below.
