Bow Wow was spotted out and about in LA with his infant baby girl Shai this weekend. The 24-year-old rapper held on tight  to his daughter as he cruised the Malibu Country Mart with some friends. It’s pretty weird seeing him as a father… I know he’s 24 but he seems so much younger and kind of awkward.
