More than 6,000 gamers attended Raleigh Studios in Playa Vista, a suburb in the western area of Los Angeles, for Activision’s two-day video game festival, Call of Duty XP, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting.
Activision hosted a two-day Call of Duty tournament worth $1 million. A GI Joes vs. Pros area was set up on the main stage with Kevin Durant and Russel Westbrook taking on active-duty military personnel on Xbox Live on Friday. Miami’s Chris Bosh and Minnesota’s Kevin Love participated Saturday.
