A 22-year-old man died after receiving a penis enhancing injection in May and now the woman who gave him the lethal injection has been arrested for manslaughter. Justin Street died from a blood clot after the injection in the penis on the day that he went to Kasia Rivera’s seeking the injection. I know it’s probably cheaper, but the more expensive route is clearly the safer route when it comes to enhancing parts of your body. Read more after the jump.

Authorities have filed homicide charges against a woman after she allegedly administered a silicone injection into the penis of a 22-year-old man, who suffered a fatal blood clot.

The victim, who died in May, had been seeking a penis enhancement, authorities said today.

Kasia Rivera, 34, of East Orange, was arrested today on manslaughter charges and unauthorized practice of medicine in the death of Justin Street, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Street, also of East Orange, died May 6, the day after he went to Rivera’s home, where she gave him the injection, authorities said.

The medical examiner determined the cause of death as silicone embolism as a result of the injection, the prosecutor’s office said.

Street’s death was ruled a homicide and Rivera was arrested after an investigation by the prosecutor’s office, with assistance of the East Orange Police Department.

Rivera’s bail was set at $75,000.

In late October, a judge in Newark tossed out a case against a New Brunswick model indicted on charges of illegally providing buttocks-enhancing injections. Several women suffered injuries from the injections, but none fatal.

The judge threw out the indictment against the model, Anivia Cruz-Dilworth, saying it did not clearly state what law she had allegedly broken.

The investigation into Street’s death remains ongoing, and the prosecutor’s office is asking other potential victims to call its major crime task force at (877) 847-7432.
