Rob Kardashian, “Dancing with the Stars” finalist, is following in his sisters’ money-making footsteps to create his own fashion forward collection — of dress socks. Continue reading after the jump.

“I feel like everybody likes a dress sock,” he told The Huffington Post. “No one wants to see a boring tube sock. I am very passionate about it and I think guys and girls agree with me. Plus you can give your dress socks to your girlfriend when she sleeps over.”

The Kardashian brother, 24, says work is already underway on his latest business venture — and that he has big plans for his foray into footwear.

“Just dress socks, nothing else, nothing more,” he said. “I am working on a dress sock line of funky, colorful, cool designs. I am meeting with manufacturers and you will be seeing and hearing about it soon. I have all these designs in my head and I am very into it.”

But don’t ask him about the infamous Kardashian brand. This is one family adventure you won’t see unfold on television, the reality star told the website.

“I don’t care about the Kardashian brand at all,” he said. “This is something I have been wanting to do. I don’t care for it to be a ‘Kardashian’ thing. I haven’t made a final decision with the name, but I have no intention of doing something in front of the camera for monetary gain.”

The business-savvy reality star, who was spotted at New York Fashion Week in September cheering on half-sister Kylie Jenner as she strutted down the catwalk for Avril Lavigne’s Abbey Dawn label, added that a sock line is something he has wanted to try for a while.

“It’s my own thing,” he said. “I feel like dress socks differentiate you in a different way — especially men in suits who just have the traditional business suit. The dress sock is the way to change it up in your mind and I like wearing my pants up higher so you can see them.”

But first, Kardashian has another job to wrap up. He plays a major part on the next season of E!’s “Khloe and Lamar,” where he moves to Dallas to be with his older sister and her NBA star husband Lamar Odom, who was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks earlier this month.

“I will be back and forth between L.A. and Dallas while the season is going on and I don’t want my sister in the house alone, nor does my brother-in-law,” he said. “I want to experience Dallas. It’s a new city where I see new business opportunities.”
