Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker was fined $10,000 by the NFL this week after wearing an unauthorized promotional hat during his post-game interview following Sunday’s win over the Dolphins, a league spokesman confirms.
Welker took to twitter to talk about the fine and Ochocinco of course chimed in with his humor.  Check what they had to say after the jump…

For his Friday chat with reporters in the locker room, Welker opted for a simple Patriots winter hat, instead of the baseball cap for the energy bar company he promotes.
