Federal prosecutors have said the Folk Nation gang terrorized residents at the Ebbets Field Houses in Flatbush for years with their shootings and mayhem.

A 10-year-old girl was shot in the neck by a Folk Nation gang member carrying out Rodney’s order to kill a rival at a block party in 2008.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Zainab Ahmad and Seth DuCharme said that Rodney “recently made concerted efforts to determine if any fellow gang members were cooperating with the FBI and the NYPD.”

“In the view of the gang, ‘snitching’ is a capital offense,” the prosecutors stated in court papers earlier this month when seven Folk Nation thugs were charged.
