Kendrick Lamar truly solidified his position in the game this week, moving over 240k units of his debut album ‘good kid, m.A.A.d City’ in its first week in stores. The Dr. Dre protege had some major cosigns in his corner, but it’s safe to say no amount of cosigns will take you THAT far. The kid has m.A.A.d. fans. Now of course he’s not even holding a torch to Taylor Swift’s number one debut Red this week, moving 1.2 MILLION units….but there is something to say about it being available for 99 cents on Amazon.
