So the Senate is looking to find a link between video games and gun violence. Sen. Jay Rockefeller has issued the first pieces of legislation could be the link. This new bill would assist the National Academy of Sciences in researching the links within in a year and half from now. Personally I dont think there is link but its a person by person case. If you was video game link im sure there would be more cases to research. I think people can seperate the difference reality and fantasy.
“Recent court decisions demonstrate that some people still do not get it,” added Rockefeller. “They believe that violent video games are no more dangerous to young minds than classic literature or Saturday morning cartoons. Parents, pediatricians, and psychologists know better. These court decisions show we need to do more and explore ways Congress can lay additional groundwork on this issue. This report will be a critical resource in this process.”
