A Sacramento judge had initially put out a bench warrant for Katt, since he didn’t show up to court for that situation. According to Katt this wasn’t his fault. “Sacramento put out a warrant after they knew I had to be in court. I couldn’t be in two court places at the same time. I had court in L.A. and court in Sacramento on the same day,” Katt says. The court appearance in L.A. was for the custody of his children who were taken after police found stolen guns and drug products in Katt’s home. He made a conscience decision to go to that one.
